Between October 2003 and March 2004, I worked for adidas in Herzogenaurach Germany. It is a very small town outside of Nuremberg in Bavaria. I lived by myself in a small suburb of Frauenaurach, the small suburb of the next small town of Erlangen. It was a studio apartment next to a bakery. Which was extremely dangerous. It was way too easy to just wake up and go down the block to grab some yummy pasteries for breakfast. My favorite was Mohnschnecken. It's a poppyseed danish, and it still is my all time favorite!

I was a mechanical engineering intern with the adidas Innovation Team in Herzo. I had a great time, and I really enjoyed my work. Living and working in Germany was a totally new and different experience for me. I got to see lots of the rest of Europe while I was there, and I was able to live the life of a German, who looked Asian, spoke American English, and didn't know any German. =)
