"Fast food" in Amsterdam...forget what the place is called, and didn't try the food there...at least not from what I can remember...

From our experience in Italy, if you get on the wrong train, no one else seems to know how to get back onto the right train. And so you end up standing in the middle of the train tracks, not sure when you might be killed by an oncoming train.
When in Rome....fill your water bottle at the public fountain
